Action: Mobile App Functions

At QicWorks, we love nothing more than being able to use data collected right from the work front to provide a real time, accurate picture of how successful your building and construction business is.

 

Let’s face it! No one knows the job better than the guys and girls who are actually completing the work. So it makes sense that they should be armed with the latest digital technologies available to help you stay informed, in touch and in control.

Users can access the QicWorks mobile app in both Android and iOs formats. In order to reduce data overload we have given account owners the flexibility to set what Users see within the app at both Account and then User level.

Click on   Business   from the main menu, then click on   Staff.   Click on the Staff Members hyperlinked name and then click on Mobile App Permission   from the Action Menu.


Mobile App Configuration

Here account administrators can simply tick to select which functions and features they would like individual staff members to access via their mobile app.  Clicking the Reset Default's button will reset this users permissions to that of the account settings.

App features are used to control access to what a User can do within a Shift Report, Timesheet, Job/Task Timer and Modules. While the App Functions control which individual menu items are available within the app ie Materials allows users to book material to a job without having to create a Shift Report first.
Don't forget to click Save to save your changes.
