Billable Costs are the amount that you charge your Customers for your services and products. These costs are used to calculate your Billable Costs Report for your Jobs.
Once you have created your Billable Cost Table, you can update it as many times as you like. Any changes you make will only occur in that specific Pricing Table and will effect your future time records only
Use the above navigation to access your Billable Cost Table
1. Click on edit icon under Control for the specific cost table you wish to edit.

The following Table provides a visual as to how using a pricing level will calculate the Billable Rate
If your Base billable rate was $10.00 per hour for the Resource.

2. If the Billable Cost Table was created using the Pricing Level option, the above will open. You can now edit the Pricing Tables name, effective date, billable percentage rate or toggle between active/inactive.
QicWorks will then recalculate this Pricing Table based on your details entered.
Don't forget to click Save to save your changes

3. If the Billable Cost Table was created using the Pricing Table option, the above will open (ie Your Pricing Table in view mode.) To edit your data, click on Update Pricing Table from the Actions menu.
4. Your Pricing Table is now open in edit mode. Here you can edit your Classification's abbreviation, Resource Type, Charge rate, applicable NT, 1.5T, 2.0T, 2.5T and any Custom Rate values. You can also make this Price active or inactive.
Click Save to save any changes made
