APP: Time

Welcome to your Timesheeting Home page - Time. 

Here Users are able to create timesheets for individuals or Teams, synchronise their time data, or review past entries saved to the device by Date or Resource name.

Permissions

To have access to the QicWorks companion app you must have Mobile App account level or above.

Individual Timesheets can be completed by anyone with app access.

Group Timesheets can only be completed on the app by Supervisors or Job Owners.
Supervisors and Job Owners must also be assigned as a resource on the Task for them to collect their times against that Task.

There are a number of app features that can be actived within the app's Work Module. For more details see Account Settings - Mobile Application

Time Home - First Login

On first login your Time screen will look like the following:

 Help Menu: Click to access help or Log out
 Data Filter: Choose from date range or Resource name to The Users outstanding list of available jobs and draft documents
C  Date RangeWeekly pay period as set by webserver. Slide and click to change dates. For more information about this function see: Account Settings
D  Add Icon: Click to create your Timesheet
E  Main Menu: Click on icons to navigate between Home, Time, Work, Forms and More

Time Home - with Time data (Day View)

The Day view is a great way to quickly see Resource times by date, as well as the time entries status.  
Note: This view will only show time entries for that have been created on this device. It does not show time entries created by others using the app or webserver.

Once you have entered timesheets, your Time home screen will look like the following.


 Help Menu: Click to access help or Log out
 Data Filter: Choose from date range or Resource name to The Users outstanding list of available jobs and draft documents

D  Lock Timesheet button: Click to synchronise your time data with the webserver and lock the timesheet.
E  Time Details table: Week view of times entered for Resources. Click on the hour entry to view/edit that timesheet.
F  Add Icon: Click to create your Timesheet
G  Main Menu: Click on icons to navigate between Home, Time, Work, Forms and More

Once a time entry has been locked it can not be edited within the device. If editing is required, it must be done from within the webserver.

Timesheet Legend

Your time entries are colour coded to give a visual of their status.
Orange - The time entry is still in draft mode
Green - The lock button has been pushed and the time entry is locked but signal was lost so synchronisation has not occurred.
Blue - The time entry is locked and has synchronised successfully with the webserver.

Time Home - with Time data (Resource View)

The Resource view is a handy feature if you need to see what timesheets have been created for an individual Resource or which Jobs/Tasks they have been assigned to.
Note: This view will only show time entries for that have been created on this device. It does not show time entries created by others using the app or webserver.

This screen lists Resources alphabetically. You will need to scroll down or use the search field to find your Resource.

 Data Filter: Choose from date range or Resource name to The Users outstanding list of available jobs and draft documents
C  Date RangeWeekly pay period as set by webserver. Slide and click to change dates. For more information about this function see: Account Settings
D  Search: Click and type name of Resource.
E  Resource Details: Name of Resource plus the number of Jobs/Tasks they are assigned to and total time allocated to that job for this date range.
F  View Details: Click to expand to view the details. See below for example.
G  Add Icon: Click to create your Timesheet
H  Main Menu: Click on icons to navigate between Home, Time, Work, Forms and More

View Details Example:

 Help Menu: Click to access help or Log out
 Resource Details: Name of Resource plus the number of Jobs/Tasks they are assigned to and total time allocated to that job for this date range.
C  Job Name: Name of Job assigned to. Click to expand/collapse details
D  Task Time Details: Task name and total time entered. 
            Green highlight - Task has time allocated
            White highlight - Task has no time allocated
E  Add button: Click to add additonal time for this Resource to this task.
F  Add Icon: Click to create your Timesheet
G  Main Menu: Click on icons to navigate between Home, Time, Work, Forms and More
