Connection Events

Connection Events

Once you have linked your QicWorks account with either your accounting software or cloud document storage providers you may need to know if your push or pull event was successful in transferring your data between the two applications. To see this head over to our Connection Events page.

Click on  Business  from the main menu, then click on  Settings  Click on Connection Events from the  Connections Menu. 



  Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen
B   Page Toggle Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width
C   Event Filters: Click to filter the Event Table by Show All or Show Error Events. (Default is Show All Events)
D   Show entries Change the view settings to Show 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All entries
  Search:  Click in the Search field and enter search criteria to find a particular Event from within the Event Table
  Event Table: List of all API events

Contained in this table is:
Event Table

      Field Name
   Function
    Time
   Time of connection try
    Log Type
    What type of action was preformed ie Invoice, Note, Expense etc
    Service
     Name of application event was pushed/pulled to
    Connection
    The account name the event was pushed to
    Trigger by
    Name of person who triggered the event
   Description
   Details about the event that occured.  QicTip: Hover of this field to see full details
   Result
    Success or Error

Should the event have returned an error, correct document and then try.
