Contacts & Advisors

Here you can manage by your Suppliers, Customers and Advisor's details all from the one directory. Don’t forget to set a primary contact to make sure you are communicating with the right person within that organisation.


Contact  can be both a Supplier, a Customer or both. Simply select the relevant field(s) upon Contact setup or editing.

An Advisor  is an external party or individual you would like to access to your account for example your accountant

Click on  Business  from the main menu, then click on  Contacts.

Overview

Refresh your filters by clicking the Refresh icon

Data Filter Menu:  The Contacts Table defaults to open all Contacts in your account regardless of their status or type. Use the Data Filters to filter this table by Contact Status i.e All, Customers only, Suppliers only or Achieved or Inactive Contacts

Show:  Change the view settings to Show 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All entries.

Search:  Click in the Search field and enter search criteria to find a particular Contact from within the Contact Table.

Sort:  Click on the arrows to the right of each column title to sort data alphabetically n ascending or descending order.

Actions Menu:

Create a  New Contact  by Clicking the Create Contact action

Create a New Advisor by Clicking the Create Adviser action




Contacts

Name

The Contact company name.

Type

Is this Contact set as a Customer, Supplier or both

Email

Primary email address to connect with this Contact

Phone

Primary phone number to connect with this Contact

You owe them

Amount of money you owe them (as a Supplier)

They owe you

Amount of money they owe you (as a Customer)
