I want to send an email from QicWorks. What are all these email fields for?

Solution

QicWorks allows users to send emails of their purchase orders, expenses, invoices and quotes direct to their customers and suppliers.  (A pdf copy of the business document is automatically attached)  To send an email simply click on the envelope icon when viewing that particular document.



Qic Tip
When you use the envelope icon to send a copy of your business document, QicWorks will automatically update the document's status to Issued.

You will now be asked to confirm or select who you would like to send a copy of this document to.

 This is the Users Business email address as set in their Staff profile. This address can be manually overridden 
    Select Contact
  If not prepopulated, the User can select the Contact Representative they wish to send this email to. Note: QicWorks shows the Contacts first and last name, with their email address called in the background.
    Select User
   Select other users within this account to copy on this email.
    Share to Email
   Free text field to enter an alternate email address
    Subject
   Your subject line for this email. This field can be manually edited/overridden as required.
    Message Body
  The message body for this email. This field can be manually edited/overridden as required.

Click Send to send this email or Cancel
