I changed some of my account settings, but my App is not updating when I click on Sync....


Problem

I have changed some of my account settings, but my App is not updating when I click on Sync....

Solution

If you change any account settings that effect jobs costings or time collection, you will need to log out and then log back into the compaion app for these changes to take place.


Examples of effected account setting changes include (but are not limited to);
  1. changing how you collect time from start time/end time to start time & duration
  2. changing the default markup value on purchase orders or expenses
  3. having the ability to collect future time entries
