Job Financial Overview

Job Financial Overview

The Job Financial Overview screen is a great way to see your Job profitability overall, by quoted v's rates tasks or by individual WBS nodes. This page offers view only mode, with any changes required to be undertaken within the Financial Setup screen.

Click on  Job  from the main menu, then click on  Job Management . To view a particular job simply click on the Job Number from within the Job Management Table. Click on Financial  from the Navigation menu and then click on Job Financial Overview from the Reports menu.

A  Blue Bar Overview: For full details on how these is calculated see our Troubleshooting Article
B  Job Details: General details pertaining to this particular Job including percentage complete, markup and overhead rates and invoiced to date values
C  Job Summary: Total values set or incurred to date broken down by Resource, Materials or Purchases
D  Quoted Work: Total values set or incurred to date for Quoted Tasks only, broken down by Resource, Materials or Purchases
E  Help Icon: Click for additional page help
F  Show Chart: Click to expand to see a graphical representation of your Quoted Work values
G  Rates Work: Total values set or incurred to date for Rates Tasks only, broken down by Resource, Materials or Purchases
H  Show Chart: Click to expand to see a graphical representation of your Rates Work values
I   WBS Breakdown: Total values set or incurred to date filtered by WBS nodes, broken down by Resource, Materials or Purchases 
J  Show Empty Nodes: Click to show all WBS nodes including those with zero values
