Job templates are a great way to save time when creating new Jobs for frequent works, projects or Customers.
Job templates can be created as a stand-alone template ie have no tasks attached or alternatively, you can link existing task templates to them and/or create new tasks.
All job templates can be managed from within the Job Template management table.
Click on Business from the main menu, then click on Settings . From the Work Settings menu click on Job & Task Templat es. If not already selected, click on Job Template from the Navigation menu.
A Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen
B Toggle Page Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width
C Navigation Menu: Select from Job or Task Management Tables
D Action Menu: Select what action you wish to preform - Create Job Template or Create Task Template
E Organisation Filter: Click and select organisation to filter Job Template table by
F New Template button: Click to create a new Job Template
G Show entries : Change the view settings to Show 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All entries
H Search: Click in the Search field and enter search criteria to find a particular Job from within the Job Tables
