Manager Review

From the Time Approval screen, Managers can then access individual staff member time entries for review and approval. Managers must approve the time entries in order acurate job costings to be calculated. 

Once approved, times are then accessible for Payroll Approval prior to being pushed to your accounting software.

Click on  Jobs  from the main menu, then click on  Time Approval . Filter this page as required ie date range, Job Owner, resource company etc. To approve individual times you need to then click on that Resources name.


  Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen
B   Page Toggle Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width
C   Date Filter: Select the date you wish to search on
Add Time Entry & Data Export buttons: Click on Add Time Entry to add another entry or click on pdf/excel icons to export your list to excel or pdf
  Review & Edit button Click to interrogate this time entry. For full details see Action: Time Approval
  Manager Approval: This check box needs to be ticked by Manager to enable the time data to progress to Payroll approval
G   Time Records: Hyperlink to open the records this time entry was collected by ie Time Clock, Timesheet and Shift Report
Edited Time Records: QicWorks auto calculation for time entry duration
 Time Table: QicWorks auto calculation of time entry basd on the applicable Pay Rule assigned to that Task

Contained in this table is:
General Information

   Field Name
   Job number and name the time entry is for
   Task number and name the time entry is for
  Any allowances recorded by this Resource
    Charge Rate
  Charge rate as set by the Pay Rule for that specific Task

  N Time - Normal time
  1.5 Time - Time and a half
  2.0 Time - Double time
  2.5 Time - Double time and a half
  'Custom Rate' - As set by account
 Number of hours assigned to that Charge Rate
