Mobile App Settings

Changes made in these App Settings are global across all app users. When applied, all app users will have access to these features.

Click on  Business  from the main menu, then click on  Settings .  From the Mobile Application menu click on  Mobile App Settings

 Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen
B    Toggle Page   Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width
C   Activate/Deactivate Features: Tick to activate these features within the app. See table below for full details
D   Save & Cancel buttons

Contained on this page is:
   Work - Shift Report

  Show on the mobile app
   Tick to activate the Work module
  GPS Location/Time Stamp
  Tick to activate and track where and when this Shift Report was synchronised. These details will appear on the Shift          Report when it is pushed to the webserver.
  Force Enter Start and Stop Time
    Tick to make start and end times mandatory fields within the Shift Report
Allow materials to be booked in      a Shift Report
    Tick to allow users to collect material data

  Time - Timesheets

        Timesheets (Individual)
    Tick to activate allow anyone to enter an individual timesheet
    Timesheets (Group)
    Tick to allow Supervisors and Job Owners to create group timesheets
     GPS Location/Time Stamp
    Tick to activate and track where and when the Timesheet was synchronised. These details will appear on the Shift Report when it is pushed to the webserver.

   More - Time Clock/Kiosk Mode

        Time Clock
   Tick to activate the ablity to collect time via the QicWorks TimeClock
    Job Booking
   Tick to allow Users to book their time via the TimeClock direct to Jobs/Tasks
      Breaks
   Tick to allow Users to clock in/out of breaks
    Kisok Pin Code
   Pin code required to turn companion app into a TimeClock
    Auto Log-out Time
   Enter time in seconds to reset TimeClock pin pad ready for next person


  More - Forms

    Show in mobile app
   Tick to activate the ablity to collect data via the QicWorks Digital Forms


  More - Receipts/Dockets

   Show in mobile app
   Tick to activate the ablity to collect Receipt & Delivery Docket details via the app


  More - Purchase Orders

   Show in mobile app
   Tick to activate the ablity to create Purchase Orders within the app

Don't forget to click Save to save your changes.
