Use the Staff landing page to manage your staff contact details, payroll details, account and mobile app permissions and review their approved time records. You can also activate and deactivate staff members from your subscription, knowing that while deactivated members will no longer have access to your QicWorks account, their data is not deleted.
Staff details can be managed here regardless of if their employment term is permanent, casual, contractors or labour hire
Entering Staff details can be completed a number of different ways:
3. Pull Staff details from your accounting software via our secure
API connections.

We strongly recommend you use Method 3 - Sychronisation, as this ensures data standardisation between your accounts.
Note: QicWorks matches a Staff members first and last name, plus their listed email address and uses this as their unique identification for pushing payroll to your accounting application.
Navigation
Click on Business from the main menu, then click on Staff.
Staff Management Table

A Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen.
B Toggle Page Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width.
C Data Filters: Filter the Staff table by Current, Past, All or Staff Data Report (Default view is Current.)

Qic Tip
The Staff Data report offers a great overview of the status of each staff member ie have payroll details been assigned, what account permissions to they hold, how they wish to receive their notifications, employment type etc
D Action Menu: Click to Add Staff members or View Teams
E Bulk Actions: Click to select - Send Welcome Email, Send Timeclock Pin SMS, Mark Inactive or Mark Active.

Use the checkboxes left of Staff members name to select who you wish to send the bulk action to.
F Show Entries: Change the view settings to Show 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All entries.
G Export Icons: Click respective icon to export table data to pdf, excel, csv files or print.
H Search: Click in the Search field and enter search criteria to find selected data from within the Staff Management Table.

Click on any blue hyperlinks within the Staff Management table to open then particular staff members details.
View Staff Details
To view Staff member details, click on the Staff members name/hyperlink to access their details.

C Action Menu: Click to access Edit Staff Details, Payroll Details, Leave Details, Logged Time, Mobile App Permissions and History
D Staff Details: View Staff contact details, digital QR code ID, role, account access level and training/site access ID's
E View Button: Click to expand Login Credentials section. Here Administrators can resend this staff member's Welcome email (which details their unique user ID and password) and SMS Timeclock Pin
