Training Qualifications & Records

Training Qualifications & Records

Creating a Qualification record allows user to upload their external training or medical history. Examples of training records is EWP ticket, trade qualifications, site inductions or vacination records.

All training documents are named and managed within the Qualifications & Records table.

Click on   Modules   from the main menu, then click on   Training .  Click on the   Qualifications & Records List   panel. 

Qualification & Records Table

  Navigation Breadcrumbs: Click on hyperlinks to jump to that screen
B    Toggle Page   Width: Click to increase or decrease the page width
C   Data Filters: Filter the Time table by All, Active or Inactive documents. (Default is set at All)
D   Action Menu: Create a New Record
E    Show entries Change the view settings to Show 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All entries
  Search:  Click in the Search field and enter search criteria to find a particular data from within the Records Table
Qualification & Record Table: View all document entries 

Contained in this table is:
General Information

   Field Name
   Date document was created
   Qualification or document name
    Status of the document

   Toggle between Off and On
   Controls for this document

   Edit - Select to edit this documents details
   Delete - Select to delete this document
